Description
Do you have a question about your ChamberMaster or MemberZone software? Whether you’re a chamber of commerce or an association that uses ChamberMaster/MemberZone, this session is for YOU! The ChamberMaster/MemberZone Customer Support Team is hosting this one-hour, open-format session.
Come prepared with your questions: this is intended to be a dialogue between customers and Support, and each session is limited to 10 attendees maximum. You'll have our full attention!
These sessions will NOT be recorded, as they require attendance and participation to be successful.
Sessions begin immediately at the start time, so please log in a couple of minutes early if you can. If no registrants join within 10 minutes, the session will be canceled.
For any questions requiring research or escalation, the Customer Service team will create a ticket and follow up with the customer after the session.
