Get up to speed with GrowthZone Pay in this interactive, weekly walkthrough designed to reinforce what you learned during your initial setup call. Whether you're brand new to GrowthZone Pay or just need a refresher, this session will help you feel confident managing your payment settings, transactions, and financial reports.

In this session, you'll learn how to:

  • Review key billing settings
  • Enable and manage Autopay options for your members
  • Guide members through setting up payment profiles in the Member Information Center (MIC)
  • Process refunds and manage disputes properly
  • Reconcile payments and deposits with your bank records using detailed reports
