FAQs - 2022 Price Increase

1. When does this new price go into effect?

  1. This new pricing goes into effect 1/1/22 and will be reflected in your first bill of the year, depending on your billing cycle.
  2. If you pay your current subscription annually in November or December, please be aware that your upcoming subscription renewal will include the increase for your 2022 subscription.

2. Why am I receiving this notification now?

  1. We are notifying you of this planned price increase now to provide you sufficient notice for your annual budget planning and to allow you some time to consider the new annual subscription option. Additional details and information will be shared later in the fall, including how to opt-in for an annual or multi-year subscription, if you so choose. Keep a look out for that communication in the October timeframe and, in the meantime, ensure you provide us with updated information for your billing and Managing Director contacts, if needed.

3. Who did you send this notification to in my organization?

  1. We sent the email notification to all billing and primary contacts in our system. We also left recorded voice mails with these contacts. If you are your organization’s billing or primary contact and did not receive the email or voice mail, we want to update your contact information in the system now. Please reach out to our Customer Support team at 800-825-9171, opt. 4 (7am – 7pm CST), or send an email to: support@growthzone.com.

4. How was my new pricing determined? Did all organizations get the same increase?

  1. The new fees are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each customer, such as your member count and the product features you use, so different organizations may have received different increases.

5. How does the annual subscription discount work?

  1. Should you choose to transition from your current month-to-month subscription to a 1-year subscription, you will benefit from a lower price increase, saving 5% over a month-to-month subscription.

6. Am I going to have to sign an agreement for the annual subscription?

  1. All customers will need to indicate their subscription type selection and accept our new Terms of Service. However, no action is needed at this time. Additional details and information will be shared with you later in the fall, including how to select your new subscription option.

7. Why should I commit to an annual subscription?

  1. Moving to an annual subscription gives you the flexibility to choose the pricing model that best meets your organization’s cash flow and budgeting needs and offers a price break for being a loyal customer by making a longer-term commitment to partnering with GrowthZone.

8. I want to stay month-to-month. What do I have to do?

  1. Right now, nothing. We will send another notification later in the fall when it is time to make your 2022 pricing model selection and this notification will include instructions on how to do so. It will be a simple, online process.

9. I want to switch to an annual subscription. What do I have to do?

  1. Right now, nothing. We will send another notification later in the fall when it is time to make your 2022 pricing model selection and this notification will include instructions on how to do so. It will be a simple, online process.

10. My organization is billed quarterly, semi-annually, or annually today. How does this price change or new model option affect my billing?

  1. If you remain month-to-month and currently pay your fees quarterly, semi-annually, or annually, your billing cycle will not be affected.
  2. If you decide to transition to a 1-year subscription, your new, annual billing cycle will begin on your next bill date.

11. If we currently have discount that is included on our subscription, do we keep our discount?

  1.   Yes, we have kept any current discounts in tact.

12. Will you continue to support the ChamberMaster/MemberZone platform long-term?

  1. Yes, we are committed to ChamberMaster/MemberZone and, in fact, are continuing to add features with a bi-monthly release schedule. Although the GrowthZone platform is an option for our customers, they can stay on CM/MZ and do not need to move or change anything.
