Over the next couple of days, watch for several emails, including an Onboarding Guide that will provide you with value information on what to expect over the course of your onboarding. This will outline key steps you will want to take in the next week or two to prepare for the most effective onboarding experience.

A few key reminders on the next steps:

• We will invoice your setup fees immediately. Payment is required for these fees prior to your project being assigned and commencing.
• Your project will be assigned after first payment of the training/implementation fees.  Please note that we are currently experiencing a rush of end of year projects.  Therefore, it could take up to 2 weeks from payment receipt before your project kickoff. Early payment will ensure you are added to the assignment queue right away.
• If you are doing a website project with us, you will want to start working on your web Success Plan, as that will be needed to start your web project.
