We have a couple of new improvements within our video conferencing feature that we are excited to share with you! 

New Calendar View

Community members are now able to view global sessions and group meetings in a calendar format in addition to the current list view. 

Highlights

• See events at a glance in monthly, weekly or daily layouts.
• Easily navigate through upcoming and past events.
• Use the display icons to switch back and forth from calendar view to list view.
• Community will remember your view preference as you navigate to and from the schedule.

"Add to Calendar" feature now includes the event link

We've improved the process of adding sessions and meetings to your calendar by using a standard iCal file that is commonly used for sharing calendar events between different calendar applications, such as Outlook and Google.

Highlights

• Easily add sessions and meetings to your calendar using the "Add to Calendar" link within each session or meeting.
• Opening the ics file from your browser downloads will open your calendar program.
• The session link is readily accessible to get to the meeting with one click.

Additional items included in this release:

• Customization is now available for image alt text for your email brand settings: logo, banner, and promo banner images. This allows you to determine how they are presented in the daily digest and other email notifications to provide better descriptions for those that use a screen reader, as well as promote better email deliverability.
• When members are added or removed from groups by admins, rather than showing the admin's avatar in the notification, the image will represent the group image set.
