Post image size

Images attached as media within posts are now automatically constrained to an optimal size. This update improves visual consistency by preventing images from being stretched beyond their natural size and ensuring images fit comfortably on screen without overwhelming the post or requiring excessive scrolling.

Comments and replies display inline

Instead of directing community members to a side drawer or popup to comment or reply, all engagement now happens directly within the post thread, making it easier to follow and participate in conversations.

Highlights

• Click "Comment" to expand and view all comments on a post. Click again to collapse them.
• Click "See Replies" to expand and view replies to a specific comment. Click "Hide Replies" to collapse them.
• Replies are indented within the thread, making it easy to see what each response is referring to.

Discussion description

The discussion description is now visible while engaging within the topic, allowing community members to easily view the full context and details as they read through or contribute new posts.

Highlights

• The discussion description now appears just below the title breadcrumb, so members can easily reference key information without navigating away from the screen.
• For longer descriptions, a toggle icon allows members to show or hide the content, making it simple to review details, then jump right into reading through or creating new posts.

Upload an .mp4 or .mov video

Posts now support video files in a media player right within the community platform, making engaging with video content faster, smoother, and more interactive. Community members will no longer be required to download video files to view.

Email Notification Updates

Daily Digest

We’ve made a few updates to the Daily Digest email to help your community members stay even more informed and engaged:

Post Titles Included: Post titles now appear in the recent activity section, making it easier to scan and identify topics of interest.

More Content Displayed:

• The number of new discussions shown from the past 24 hours has increased from 4 to 6.
• The number of items under “Your Recent Activity” has increased from 4 to 8.

Session Reminders

We recently introduced two email reminders sent 72 hours and 15 minutes before sessions and meetings your community members plan to attend. We have now extended these notifications to those who are assigned as presenters and/or moderators of those sessions so they can stay informed and ready to go.
