Do you have a question about your ChamberMaster or MemberZone software? Whether you’re a chamber of commerce or an association that uses ChamberMaster/MemberZone, this session is for YOU! The ChamberMaster/MemberZone Customer Support Team is hosting this one-hour, open-format session.
- Come prepared with your questions: this is intended to be a dialogue between customers and Support, and each session is limited to 10 attendees maximum. You'll have our full attention!
- These sessions will NOT be recorded, as they require attendance and participation to be successful.
- Sessions begin immediately at the start time, so please log in a couple of minutes early if you can. If no registrants join within 10 minutes, the session will be canceled.
- For any questions requiring research or escalation, the Customer Service team will create a ticket and follow up with the customer after the session.
