The following FAQs address anticipated questions regarding the subscription selection process. If you have questions related to the new pricing or the new annual subscription option, please see the FAQs that were previously sent to you with the price change notification.
1. Why do we have to make our selection for next year by 11/15/21?
- We need to ensure sufficient time to process thousands of customer selections and to prepare customers’ 2022 billing before end of year. We are taking into consideration that many customers will be out of the office for the holidays, so are requesting final selection in advance of this hectic time for our valued customers.
2. We previously submitted the subscription selection form, but we have changed our minds about the subscription option we want. Can we change it?
- Yes, prior to the 11/15/21 subscription selection deadline, you can absolutely change your selection, either through the online form or over the phone with GrowthZone Customer Service at 800-825-9171, opt. 41 (7am – 7pm CST).
- After 11/15/21, you can still switch from a month-to-month to an annual subscription at any time. However, this must be done via phone with our Customer Support team at 800-825-9171, opt. 41 (7am – 7pm CST). Also, it may take up to 30 days for this change to take effect, so you may receive one more monthly bill in the meantime.
- If you previously selected an annual subscription for 2022, this cannot be changed after the selection deadline of 11/15/21.
3. If we miss the 11/15/21 selection deadline, but want the annual subscription, or if we switch from a month-to-month to an annual subscription after 11/15/21, can we still have the annual subscription discount?
- Unfortunately, the annual subscription discount expires on 11/15/21 and will no longer available after that date. However, keep in mind that by switching to the annual subscription, you’ll still be benefiting from the reduced operational burden of a single invoice per year, rather than 12 monthly invoices.
4. If we choose the annual subscription, can we still cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice?
- Unfortunately, no. An annual subscription to your GrowthZone solution constitutes a commitment for a full year. In appreciation for this longer-term commitment, we are offering customers who select an annual subscription before the 11/15/21 deadline a discount off their new pricing.
5. How is my evergreen website affected by the new pricing and price model?
- The fees for your evergreen website were unaffected by these changes and remain in addition to your new ChamberMaster or MemberZone subscription fee, which was previously communicated to you.
6. How can I get a copy of the new Terms of Service that we agreed to when making our selection?
- If you made your subscription selection through the online form, you should have received a confirmation email with a PDF of the Terms of Service attached. If you didn’t receive this, or if you made your selection via the phone, you can contact our Customer Support team at 800-825-9171, opt. 41 (7am – 7pm CST) to request a copy.
