Code of Ethics and Designations Tracking Improvements
We are excited to share with you an important product update for Realtor Associations that will enhance the functionality and efficiency of your GrowthZone experience.
Starting in March, we will be introducing improvements to your integration between GrowthZone and M1. These improvements are specifically focused on the Code of Ethics (COE) records and NAR Designations within each agent’s Real Estate tab. Before your database is updated, you'll receive a notification when you log in. The key aspects of this update are as follows:
NAR Designations:
NAR Designations will now be displayed in each agent’s Real Estate tab in GrowthZone and will no longer appear in the “Edit Agent” modal. Any designations other than the current NAR Designations will still appear in that space (local designations, etc.) We will be refreshing agents’ NAR Designations from the information in the M1 database to populate this new section in GrowthZone.
Please take note of the following important considerations:
- Designations Added in GrowthZone Only:
- Designations that were added in GrowthZone but are not present in M1 will be removed to ensure data consistency.
- Expired Designations in M1:
- Designations that are marked as expired in M1 will also be removed from GrowthZone.
Code of Ethics Training Records:
As the final year of Cycle 7 begins, we know how important it is for you to track your members’ COE compliance. To ensure that you’re seeing in GrowthZone the same set of training records that NAR is referencing in their reports, we will perform a refresh of our system and populate the Code of Ethics tables with the data that exists in M1.
- COE Records Integration:
- COE records that exist in M1 but are not present in GrowthZone will be added to GrowthZone, ensuring that your records are up to date and synchronized.
- COE Records in GrowthZone Only:
- COE records that exist solely in GrowthZone, without a corresponding entry in M1, will be removed from GrowthZone for data accuracy.
This update is designed to streamline your association management and ensure that your members' records are consistent and up to date across both platforms. It will minimize manual data entry and help you maintain accurate records.
We encourage you to prepare for this update by ensuring that your data in M1 is in good order and by communicating this change to your staff who work with the GrowthZone and M1 systems.
If you have any questions, concerns, or need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team. We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for you.
Thank you for choosing GrowthZone, and we look forward to continuing to provide you with solutions that enhance your association management experience.
NOTE: NAR has not yet released the specifications for tracking the Fair Housing Requirement. We will be incorporating tracking for the requirement once guidance is provided.
