Ability to Request Reserved Attendee Names
When end users register for event tables or groups tickets, they may not know exactly who they are bringing to the event. GrowthZone allows users to make the purchase and fill out the names later, but sometimes they don't always remember to do so, leaving staff with placeholder names for some registrants (i.e. "reserved attendee").
Staff now have an easy way to reach out to those purchasers via email and request for the names to be filled out, to help with name tags and marketing. This capability is available within the event's Attendee tab, under the Table/Team Management Screen.
Phone Number Formatting
Increase the consistency of your data, by ensuring all of your phone numbers are formatted the same. If you are not already setup to do so, you can now configure your GrowthZone database to follow a specific phone number format (i.e. when entered by staff, obtained from the membership application, etc.). Choose from a variety of formats, as well as indicate if you'd like to update all existing numbers with the selected format. This feature is available under Setup> Miscellaneous, General Settings.
Check out this knowledge base article with more information and frequently asked questions.
Note: Specifically for those customers utilizing our Real Estate and Insurance software editions, you will be able to set how phone numbers are formatted going forward forward, but if you want to adjust existing phone numbers, please contact our support team.
Communication Enhancements
We've released a group of communication enhancements designed to help staff members understand the information provided in the Delivery Stats of each email sent.
Here are some of the highlights that have been released:
- In the Delivery Stats screen of each email, we've split out the Delivery Failures into two sections - Hard and Soft Failures. This will help association staff weed through bounces they may need to clean up and ones they can potentially ignore.
- We've even added a download to both of the above mentioned failure screens for easy access to the information staff may need in order to reach out for an updated email address.
- We've created a Bulk or Mass Email Best Practices knowledge base article to help association staff think through different aspects of their mass email sending and increasing their deliverability.
Other Notable Improvements/Changes
- Info Hub "My Billing" Being Enabled For All Customers
In efforts to sunset the older Info Hub billing experience, Starting April 11th, GrowthZone databases that did not have the updated Info Hub billing look will now see the “My Billing Info” section in their Info Hub left-hand navigation. This updated experience make it easier for members to access their invoices, make payments, and view their billing history. See a quick video of this experience. - GrowthZone's New Look is Now the Default View
Starting March 21, you would have seen our new look (on the staff side), as we've now made it the default view. This new look is designed to provide you with a more consistent, guided, and intuitive experience. Watch a short video highlighting the new look and functionality. Hundreds of Knowledge Base articles have been transitioned over to showing examples that reflect the new look, as well. Your feedback is important to us, so feel free to share any feedback you have regarding the new look.
