GrowthZone Product Updates

The following changes and improvements will be available for US-based customers in your GrowthZone software on February 20th, 2024.

If You Already Have GrowthZone Pay: The following options are now available to you and your customers and members*.

Upgrade to GrowthZone Pay: Schedule a meeting HERE to upgrade to GrowthZone Pay.

*GrowthZone Pay Required. The features listed are not available with other payment processors.

**Changes listed are not available in the mobile app at this time.

*** Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Stripe Link in GrowthZone are not allowed as saved payment methods. Users will not be able to save these methods in the Info Hub or use them for autopay.

Updated Checkout Flow Experience

We are excited to announce an updated checkout experience for our customers and their members. This new, modern checkout flow offers a sleek new design and is available anywhere in your GrowthZone software where you can accept credit cards or ACH.

This updated checkout flow also offers mobile wallet support on select pages and new payment options with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe Link. Your members can now enjoy these flexible payment options when they register for events, purchase things from the online store (additional module required), and pay their invoices in the Info Hub.

Since these payments are processed through Stripe, there are no additional fees for these payment methods.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay is available in Safari for iPhone and iPad users and Macs with TouchId. Apple Pay is compatible with iOS 9 and above and macOS Sierra or newer.

Google Pay

Google Pay is compatible with Android devices running Android version 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher and iPhones, iPads, and computers running Google Chrome.

Stripe Link

Stripe Link is a secure, one-click way to pay. Supported by hundreds of thousands of businesses and eCommerce platforms, Link allows users to access saved methods stored within Stripe. Users will be able to access all of their saved payment methods from other platforms quickly and securely with one click.

Stripe Financial Connections

Stripe Financial Connections allows users to securely share their financial data with your business. With one simple integration, you can instantly verify bank accounts for ACH payments and mitigate fraud by verifying account ownership details all within the payment widget.

Sage Accounting Export

Customers who use Sage-50 now have the option of a convenient CSV export. This can be found by navigating to the Billing module > Reports > Export Accounting Transactions.

AI-Powered Design

Customers with the Marketing Automation module can now leverage AI-powered Email Designer tools. This powerful AI feature streamlines workflow, boosts creativity, and enhances engagement by allowing you to effortlessly generate captivating headings, compelling content, and stunning visuals, all tailored to resonate with your audience.
